Our thrift ministry is a major funding source for programs transforming the lives of men, women and children facing homelessness. Our thrift stores are also ministry centers that serve the many people in their communities. Customers, donors, volunteers, program clients and staff all experience the love, care and service that is present in the heart of Christ.

A PLACE TO CALL TO GOD

As one of the most committed Christian non-profit organizations in Atlanta, prayer is offered up on a daily basis, as staff and volunteers "pray in" at the beginning of each day. Prayer boxes can be found in each store where prayer requests are lifted up. In addition, the thrift stores actively work with local churches and community agencies to provide needed clothing vouchers for low-income individuals and families.

The Atlanta Mission thrift ministry is a unique and special opportunity to extend our ministry outside of downtown Atlanta to those in the surrounding areas who are of the greatest need. MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY GETTING INVOLVED

We accept a wide variety of delicately used and brand-new items, including: clothing, household and decorative items, furniture, small kitchen appliances, books, media, electronics, and large appliances. You can visit one of our 12 facilities or thrift stores, or you can schedule a donation pick-up in Atlanta. We also accept monetary donations, which can be given in person or online.
